The discovery call is an opportunity for you to find out what nutritional therapy and lifestyle medicine is - and how it can help in your particular case. It’s also a chance to find out about how I work, if we’re a good fit for each other and which consultation package is best suited to your circumstances.

I offer three consultation packages - the foundational See & solve package, the practical implementation Support package and the habit and mindset building Sustain package. You can also add my signature Save the world consultation which gives practical advice on how to eat withough damaging the planet, while reaching your happy skin goals.

We can talk about the ideal package for you, during the free 15 minute discovery call. Based on past experience, clients have most success with the Sustain package as it offers practical implementation support as well as a tried and tested process for creating long-lasting habits and a helpful mindset, which is important to achieving results.

Consultations take place online via Zoom video conferencing, where and when you’re most comfortable.

 

How it works.

Before the first consultation.

 

Before attending the first consultation, I will send you a questionnaire and food diary to complete a week before we see each other. This will ask for information that I need to form a detailed picture of everything that may be impacting your skin health, such as your symptoms, medical history, family history, hormonal health, environment, stress, lifestyle and of course diet. Based on all this, I’ll be able to research your case and give the right nutrition and lifestyle advice tailored to your unique circumstances, when we see each other in the first consultation.

The first consultation.

This is the very important foundation consultation in your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan.

 

In the first consultation we will talk through your questionnaire and diary, I will tell you about the research I’ve done, what I think is going on in your case and what we can work on. And finally we will together agree your personal nutrition and lifestyle plan, that you feel is achievable and enjoyable (yes, that’s right!) in your everyday life. I will only ask you to remove things from your diet if it’s absolutely necessary!

Sometimes I will recommend functional tests or supplements, if I think this will be beneficial based on your unique needs and my research, but I always try to work mainly with nutrition and lifestyle advice.

Follow-up consultations.

These are shorter catch-ups where we review how the plan is working, make adjustments and support multiple body systems.

 

Depending on your individual goals and needs we will agree on a package of consultations at a pace that suits you. From experience, when working with skin health optimisation and especially problem skin, a 3-6 month programme is most effective, as we work with multiple body systems to support your skin.
