The health of the skin, on the outside, is often a good mirror of the health of the body on the inside - and the skin can be supported both from the inside and the outside.

How is the outside linked to the inside?

The body’s systems are all interlinked.

Digestion. Immunity. Hormonal balance. Detoxification. Energy metabolism. Structure and cell renewal. And when one system is out of balance it can affect all the others.

Nutrient intake and absorption, food sensitivities, gut function, immune system function, liver function, hormonal imbalances, lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep, mindset and genetics can all be part of the happy skin puzzle. Using the knowledge I have gained from my training, current scientific research and clinical experience, I can help you untangle these underlying causes and support you on your quest for happy skin.  

I started my clinic to help those who struggle with their skin, having experienced for myself the positive impact that nutrition and lifestyle changes can have on skin health - in my case skin rashes and candida caused by gut issues and an overactive immune system.
