My food story.
My own burnout and skin struggle set me on the path of becoming a Nutritional Therapist, to solve what seemed unsolvable and to help others.
Through my private and corporate practice, I want to help people live their best lives, feeling and looking great. And I want to help organisations futureproof, by creating healthier, more sustainable workplaces.
